Enjoying their their first date, couple Queen and Slim are stopped for a minor traffic violation.
During their interaction with the police officer in an era of increasing racial tensions, the situation escalates quickly.
Terrified for his and his partner's life, Slim disarms the officer and shoots him. The couple then proceeds to go on the run,
thinking it is their only option as they are labeled cop killers, but when a viral video is released of the incident,
